Delivery and assembly are carried out on working days (Mon - Fri) by our technicians. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary. Appointments are made in consultation with Sanilu customer service and the customer in order to find a suitable time.

Our installation service includes a one-off installation on site, as specified in the quotation or order. If defects occur during the one-year warranty period, we will send the necessary materials to the customer free of charge for self-installation. However, if a Sanilu GmbH technician is to carry out the repair, we charge CHF 118 per hour for the journey, any congestion time and installation time. Example: CHF 472 is charged for travel to and from the site, plus CHF 118 for one hour's work, making a total of CHF 590. Materials remain free of charge.
